A person intakes 3 kg food additives per year

Lin Lizhu, the professor of the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine said in order to kill harmful microorganisms and parasites, to remove the smell of meat or certain foods, people often add a certain amount of preservatives, food coloring and flavoring to increase the food's color, flavor and fragrance for promoting appetite.

But the flavoring and pigment mostly are synthetic. Some of them are also mixed with harmful impurities. Although people intake very little flavoring and pigment, they are also cause harm to your body afer long years.

The statistics show that a person intakes 3 kg food additives per year. Professor Lin pointed out that with the advances in food toxicology studies, more and more food additives found may be chronic toxicity and teratogenic, mutagenic, carcinogenic hazards.

For maximum strength, add only enough filler to completely bridge gaps between surface without sagging or running out of the joint or gap. A small amount should squeeze out of joints when clamped.
